Blog #4: Anticipated Issues

Working alone, I believe my biggest obstacles will be managing all the work alone and scheduling filming days with outside actors. I will have to do all the writing, lighting, filming, and editing on my own as there is no one else to share the load with; however, I’m not concerned with this workload as I’m used to/enjoy it. I can still receive feedback on my script by my teacher along with my peers before filming and troubleshoot accordingly in order to have good pacing. Scheduling a day to film with outside actors has been an issue in the past, but it was mainly my fault for setting a date last minute. This time around, I’ve scheduled a date s few weeks and advance and briefed the actors on the general plot outline of the story.
